SPC provides Native American Tribes, public agencies, educational institutions, and private clients with expert civil and residential contracting along with construction management services.

SPC, LLC. is an Enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation which helps leverage the advantages of federal funded projects.

Soon to be registered as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in City of Tucson and Pima County, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with ADOT and 8(A) Set-Aside. These registrations provide additional competitive advantages in Pima County and with the state providing a mechanism for other contracting companies (usually large firms) to utilize and/ or partner with SPC, LLC to fulfill DBE & SBE goals.
