SPC is an enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation (Sec. 17 Charter) in Tucson, Arizona.
Our people have been builders for thousands of years. We apply generations of skill and craftsmanship to execute your commercial, institutional, military and civil construction projects.

SPC has more than 60 employees, of which 60% have tribal affiliation (tribal members, descendants and spouses). Our goal is to be well organized, safe and productive, delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. SPC Management have 20+ years of individual experience in the industry and well over 200 years combined experience in all phases of construction.
